"I called looking for assistance with lowering my monthly bill and still maintaining proper coverage. Upset with the last experience with my previous provider, I wasn’t really interested in a conversation with an agent. Heidi was amazing with explaining all of the coverages, updates, and discounts to have and with an easy transition from one insurance to the next, made this the most amazing experience I have ever had with an insurance agent!! "Mrs. Heidi, our State Farm agent contacted me and my wife a month ago and let us know that she could make a great dent in our insurance policy that we had and told us if we were bundle our house and cars together and transfer them over to State Farm that she could save us over $1600. Well yesterday her words came to pass after my wife got off from work. I met her there at Mrs Heidi‘s office and we spent about a good hour and a half just laughing and joking talking with each other and going over our policies and it’s amazing what she did for us not only did she save us over $1600. She also got us larger benefits on our policy on every aspect roof privacy fence secondary buildings. Everything is amazing me and my wife were so pleased by the time I left my wife had already gone. I had spent about two hours and 10 minutes with Mrs. Heidi and I’ll tell you what it seemed like I was sitting there for 10 minutes. It was such a pleasure and joy to visit with her in Iowa Louisiana. I would 100% recommend anyone needing a check of their home and Car insurance policies to contact them and see what they can do for you. With a 100% Hardy approval I say join State Farm and bundle.

In a world that no longer understands the meaning of customer service, Heidi exemplifies it.
